Superstar Rajinikanth, who was on the way to take part in the shoot of Endhiran at Ennore, was struck in a traffic-jam last night. Following this, he left his car and took a motorbike to reach the spot without any delay.
It is said that Rajini, who left his residence in a car got struck in a traffic jam near Ennore. A busy industrial area, the road was blocked by several lorries and containers.
After patiently waiting on the high road for about two hours, he called up Shankar and said that it would be too difficult for him to reach the place.
An idea however flashed soon on the minds of both and a group of stuntmen were asked to go to the place where Rajini was held up. They managed to cover the top actor with a huge coat and a helmet and took him on a motorcycle to the shooting spot.
